Basic Policy on Anti-social Forces

Faber Vietnam Co., Ltd hereby establishes the following Basic Policy on Anti-social Forces to maintain public trust in our technology company and ensure the integrity and soundness of our business operations:

• We will have no relationship or business dealings of any kind with Anti-social Forces. If such a relationship is discovered without our prior knowledge, we will immediately terminate it.
• We will provide no financial benefits, services, or other advantages to any Anti-social Force under any circumstances.
• We will maintain close collaboration with specialized external organizations—such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Anti-social Forces, and legal counsel—to ensure a resolute response to any improper demands.
• If we receive any improper demand from Anti-social Forces, we will categorically refuse it and pursue all available legal remedies, including civil litigation and criminal complaints.
• Even if an improper demand arises due to our own operational error or an associate’s misconduct, we will refuse any back-door arrangement and fully disclose all relevant facts.
• The entire company, including senior management and our representative in Japan, will work together as a single team to firmly resist any undue demands from Anti-social Forces.
• We will prioritize and ensure the safety of all employees who encounter any improper demands from Anti-social Forces.

(*) “Anti-social Forces” refers to individuals or groups that engage in continuous illegal activities or obtain unlawful economic benefits—such as extortion—from companies or the public, including organized crime syndicates.

We will continue to make unremitting efforts to contribute to the “customer creation” of our clients.
