1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

- Service Users and Business Partners: To provide information and support for our services, respond to inquiries, and inform you about seminars, events, and exhibitions we host or sponsor.
- To operate and improve our services, including billing, account management, usage verification, surveys, analysis, and research and development.
- To communicate, negotiate, discuss, and execute contracts for business transactions, and to carry out work entrusted by our partners.
- To receive and respond to inquiries and feedback.
- Employees, Officers, and Applicants: For personnel and labor management, welfare, health and safety administration, public relations, recruitment communications, and selection processes.
- Inquiry Contacts: To accurately understand inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases:
- When required by the Personal Information Protection Law or other legislation.
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult.
- When necessary to improve public health or children’s welfare and obtaining consent is difficult.
- When cooperating with government agencies under legal requirements and obtaining consent would impede their duties.
The following are not considered third parties:
- Contractors processing personal information on our behalf within the necessary scope.
- Entities receiving information due to corporate mergers or acquisitions.
- Parties involved in joint use as described in Section 3.
When providing information to foreign third parties, we will obtain consent and take necessary measures in accordance with laws and regulations.
3. Joint Use of Personal Information
When sharing personal information with specified parties to fulfill purposes, we will notify or publicly announce in advance: the parties involved, items shared, purposes, and the responsible party.
We will manage joint use through formal agreements and appropriate measures.
4. Supervision of Subcontractors
When outsourcing any handling of personal information, we will establish contracts and supervise subcontractors to ensure proper management.
5. Security Control of Personal Information
To prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage, we will establish protection rules and implement measures such as appointing a Chief Information Security Officer, conducting security training, restricting office access, and supervising vendors.
6. Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information
Individuals may request notification of purposes, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision of personal information. Please contact the inquiry point in Section 7 for procedures, required documents, and fees.
After receiving the necessary documents, we will verify the request and respond in writing or by email within a reasonable period. If we cannot comply, we will notify you of the reasons.
